RICS was created to provide our rural communities and non-profits with the means to grow and thrive.
 

We provide a wide array of consulting services to non-profit organizations, government agencies, and programs.  In addition, we provide valuable services to our communities, such as gardening and art programs.  Future plans include food pantry services, a community kitchen, and dental services.
